This house is a very nice 1400 sq ft rancher built on the south hill. There are 2 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, a den, a laundry room, a kitchen and a dinning room. It has a gas fire place with a real nice custom mantel that I built. There are custom made knotty alder cabinets through out the house, including a nice cabinet in the living room in a nook with an arch above it. The den features birch wainscoting and French doors. The kitchen has a full tile back splash. The floor in the kitchen and dinning room is rustic birch. The master suit has a large walk-in closet, a big bath room with a soaking tub and a generous amount of tile and a large glass shower (Nordic Construction laid the tile in the entire house). The main bath had a full tile surround. The entry has a tile floor. The siding is lap siding with board and baton on the gables. There is a recessed entry with an arch above it with a tongue and groove pine ceiling, and a sun burst above the door. The roof over the entry is curved. There is a covered concrete patio in the back of the house with a sliding glass door from the dinning room and master bed.
