This is a custom house we built out west of Spokane on some acreage. The ground was solid rock but we were able to carve the basement into it. This is a very nice open bright house with lots of windows bringing in the natural sun light. There is a great view of a valley and meadows out the back and off the covered deck.

There is a large two-car garage connected to the house with a covered breezeway. The garage has a heated workshop and a storage loft. You can access the storage loft from some pull down stairs.

On the main floor you come into the entry past an open staircase into the great room or you can access the kitchen off the entry as well. All the ceilings on the main floor are cathedral. The living room and dining room ceilings have 1x 4 tongue and groove hemlock with clear finish on them. Most of the main floor is maple hard wood flooring. There are some high transom windows on the south wall of the living room that brings in a lot of natural light. The dining room is connected to the living room with a wide opening into the kitchen. There are two nice built in hutches with glass doors in the dining room. The kitchen has nice custom built cabinets and allot of workspace. There is an eating area in the kitchen as well as a large freezer.

The master bedroom suite features a large bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom. The master bath has a claw foot tub we brought in from there old house and a large shower. They have a heated tile floor in the bathroom. The lower floor is a daylight basement with lots of windows. There is a large bedroom, an office, recreation room with a woodstove and a bathroom.
