This was a remodel we did for some customers that just bought this house on Manito golf course and wanted to update it before they moved in. Most of my crew and subcontractors have worked on several other projects for this couple that my brother did so it was like working with some old friends.

We redid the counter tops in the kitchen, altered a few cabinets to accommodate new appliances and added an eating bar (note the supports we made to match the beam supports). We put in new backsplashes in the kitchen and master bath. Also, we removed the bookcases that were around the fireplace and added the stone, tile and entertainment center.

In the master bedroom we added the fireplace, stone and entertainment center. In the master bath we removed a linen closet and added another vanity that we built on site using some parts we had salvaged from cabinets we removed. We took the large shower that was there out and added a tub shower combo.
