This house I designed and built to sell. It is two stories with a daylight basement. The basement has two bed rooms, a recreation room and a bath room. On the main floor there is a kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, den and powder room. The walls between the powder room den and living room are at a 45% angle from the rest of the house. On the top floor are the master suite, guest bedroom, laundry room, and bathroom.

The kitchen, living room and eating areas have hand scraped oak floors. There is tile on the floor in the powder room and commercial carpet in the den. The kitchen has unique custom cabinets made of knotty alder and black bead board. There are black concrete counter tops in kitchen. I made a custom hood for the stove out of steel with a band of alder recessed in it. There is a built-in curio cabinet in the living room. The powder room has black bead board wainscoting and a black toilet. The sink is a custom angled steel base with a ground concrete counter top with a glass vessel sink and a facet that looks like bamboo. I made a triangle shaped mirror and towel rack out of steel that finish the powder room off. The lighting and plumbing fixtures in the house are very unique and modern. The master suite features a walk-in closet and a master bath. The master bath has an oversized shower and a soaking tub with a spectacular view out the bay windows. There is lots of tile with glass tile accents in the master bath.
