This house was designed and built to sell. It is an awesome house with lots of unique custom features. It climbs four levels on the side of a hill overlooking the Spokane River and downtown Spokane. The main floor has a 24x24 ft garage, and entry from the alley. This entry has a tile and in-laid stainless steel tile floor. A deck wraps around this level, and features an 8 ft tall sliding glass door into the great room. The great room has a 22 ft high ceiling. The floor in the great room is Kuku wood. There are lots of windows from which to enjoy the view. The kitchen has custom natural lyptus and beech wood cabinets, acid stained concrete countertops and glass tile backsplash and a curved eating bar. A one of a kind custom steel hood that was built by Nordic Construction is over the cook range. Also on that floor are a laundry room, and a half bath with a curved wall and a steel fronted sink cabinet. The bathroom counter is ground concrete with red and green rocks from Montana. There is also a vessel sink and a custom mirror. The stairway to the top level is open, with steel stringers, gluelam treads, and custom wood and steel railings. At the top of the stairs is a computer loft, from which you enter the master suite. The view from this suite and its balcony is spectacular. The master bed room overlooks the great room through a one of a kind custom wood and steel railing, both designed and built by Nordic Construction. The master bath has two sinks, and tile on the counter tops, floor tub deck, and shower. The tub is a whirlpool, and the five foot shower is complete with a seat. The bedroom and bath have high stair-stepped windows on the south wall. It is well lit with lots of contemporary fixtures and can lights, which look awesome when the house is lit up at night. The level below the great room and kitchen is the front entry from the street below. On that level is a recreation room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and the mechanical room. The lowest level is unfinished. All levels but the master suite have an egress to the outside.
